[LinuxPPS] RE: with Atom driver problems

Just a quick follow up.

I've tried enabling LinuxPPS debug. I only see lines like:

drivers/pps/kapi.c: capture clear seq #1 for source 0
drivers/serial/8250.c: serial8250: PPS clear event at 20627708

in syslog while 'cat /dev/ttys0' is running. Somehow the serial port
isn't being opened by LinuxPPS... or something like that, my knowlege
of kernal programing is slim to none!
