[LinuxPPS] 8250_pnp : Problem solved

With the new variant of his linuxpps-patch as committed in

http://ftp.enneenne.com/pub/misc/linuxpps/patches/ntp-pps-2.6.19.dev_new_tty_source_registration.diff

or as branch in his git-tree, Rodolfo got the problem with the 8250_pnp.ko 
kernel-modul solved.
8250_pnp.ko module calls 8250.ko, so in the past thelinuxpps installed the pps 
sources once for 8250 and (doubled now) for 8250_pnp in /proc/pps/0*.

This behavior has been solved by Rodolfo.
