[LinuxPPS] RFC issue

Hello,

after adding SMP support (easy task but need time) LinuxPPS support is
ready to be submitted on main linux tree but still remain the RFC
issue (see LinuxPPS wiki about this tipic).

What do you suggest to do in order to ask for a RFC revision? Where I
should send my requests?
