[LinuxPPS] ntpd and getaddrinfo errors

hello, i'm experiencing troubles managing my first
linuxpps + ntpd install
<disclaimer> i'm compiling on a uclibc environment
i patched and recompiled a kernel 2.6.17.11
(here .config http://atomotic.com/linux-2.6.17.11-pps)
with built-in pps and 8250 serial support
so dmesg say:
drivers/pps/procfs.c: procfs enabled
drivers/pps/pps.c: LinuxPPS API ver. 2 registered
drivers/pps/pps.c: Software ver. 2.1.0 - Copyright 2005-2006 Rodolfo

so, it seems working! but..
isc ntp-4.2.2p3 patched with http://time.qnan.org/linux2.6-pps/ntpd-
nmea.patch
and this ntp.conf
server 127.127.20.0 prefer minpoll 4
fudge 127.127.20.0 flag3 1 flag2 0 time1 0.0
report following errors:
Sep 21 14:39:37 opg daemon.err ntpd[1470]: getaddrinfo:
"127.127.20.0" invalid host address, ignored
Sep 21 14:39:37 opg user.debug syslog: signal_no_reset: signal 17 had
flags 4000000
Sep 21 14:39:39 opg daemon.err ntpd_initres[1473]: getaddrinfo
failed: Input/output error
what i missed?
