LinuxPPS: udev support fix up.  
  
This patch fixes up udev support so now we have the right events to create  
files "/dev/ppsX" automagically.  
  
This patch also redefines in a standard manner the sysfs support. Directories  
under /dev are now named "/sys/class/pps/ppsX/".
