You should receive such info in system log messages, not in kernel
one.
However you should see something like:
	refclock_nmea: found PSS source "/dev/pps0"

Great! Those are PPS events. :)
However I see "PPS event on source 3 at..." so maybe you should
provide /dev/pps3 to NTPD.
