[LinuxPPS] linuxpps 2.6.23.1 report

As I have noted previously, the ONCORE driver works just fine
without modification.

Within the next couple of weeks Ill be removing the changes I
added for the 'old' LinuxPPS.

Just for reference,  here is a ntpdc from my stable of machines:

All are running with a current ntp (last couple of weeks) and the local
machine (deneb) is running with LinuxPPS.  The machine orion is 
running FreeBSD.  All the machines including clients are within about
50us of one another.  mythtv-fe is on an ethernet off of mythtv, and is
slightly further off at the moment (67us).

This all really looks good.
