[LinuxPPS] Bug in current diff ( ntp-pps-2.6.23-rc2.diff )

The diff "ntp-pps-2.6.23-rc2.diff" puts an old timepps.h in the
Documentation directory.

I would have to assume that the source that it was made from had
this same error and had the old timepps.h rather than one 
equivalent to timepps.h.new.syscall.API

The 'old' one does NOT have time_pps_readlink nor time_pps_findpath
defined.
