Not in there.

Should be sold already. The problem is always the connetion to the "clear
sky" antenna.
In some GPS-chips is enough calculation-power left over for "enhanced"
applications. Ask the GPS-receiver producer how to integrate your
application. Energie-consumption is the real problem to solve. There
are "PDAs" combined with GPS-receivers and WLAN already.

Thinking of a car using DSRC, this car moves 20m/s. The GGA-message appears
only every second...
The GPS information is calculated for the phase-center of the antenna. How
long is the wiring you use?
Which correction do you want to use (satellite based is sometimes already
integrated into the receivers, terrestial RF, offline services)?
None of these topics is PPS-related ...
