[LinuxPPS] LinuxPPS +CentOS 5

I compiled a LinuxPPS patched 2.6.26 kernel, linuxPPS is working nicely.
 
One issue that has come up though....the NMEA patch directory does not
allow the download of the nmea.patch file and I get a Forbidden error.
Can someone fix the server file permissions for the nmea patch please?
