[LinuxPPS] New patch set submitted

Hello,

I just sent a new patch set to the LKML, you can find relative patch
into file ntp-pps-2.6.27-rc3-bis.diff or into GIT repository on my
website.

Please, test it and report problems!

You should test the code with PPS_IRQ_EVENTS on and off since this
part will be added later into main line and we must be sure that the
code is ok for both versions.
