[LinuxPPS] NTPD crash with nmea patch

Hi,

I patched ntp-4.2.4p5 with the nmea.patch and configured with:
 ./configure --disable-all-clocks --disable-parse-clocks \
              --enable-NMEA --enable-LOCAL-CLOCK
make
make install

and now it just segfaults.

Any ideas?
