[LinuxPPS] New LKML submit

Hello,

I just sent my last submit of LinuxPPS code to the LKML for
inclusion. You can follow the story here:

Also I just published a new patch against kernel 2.6.24:

   http://ftp.enneenne.com/pub/misc/linuxpps/patches/ntp-pps-2.6.24-bis.diff

Please, test both patches sent to the LKML (against latest GIT kernel
version) and the one just published for 2.6.24 and report bugs,
problems, suggestions, etc.. :)
