[LinuxPPS] [DOCs] Asking for help

I'd like fix up the LinuxPPS wiki/documentation in order to support
userland code (especially NTPD) but I have absolutely no time! :'(

That's why I'm here asking for help from you! :)

Whoever can help me, please, write to me __and__ to this list so we
can discuss about how to modify current documentation.
