As supposed: the driver *and* the patch is wrong!

The driver doesn't support the alternate PPS device and the patch is
referred to an old LinuxPPS implementation.

You should't compile this driver with current version of timepps.h
since find_pps_source has been removed!

Modify the driver according to nmea patch and the compile it using
*current* timepps.h version (see into
linux/Documentation/pps/timepps.h).
