I saw some tty patches from the 19th from Alan. Are they related to ldisc?

I believe that is correct.

Maybe BKL stuff that became important recently but also some changes to
structs in tty/serial stuff in the patch from the 19th that I saw.
Anybody with some ldisc experience that could set up a patch to work on?
