I tried to apply the ntp-pps-2.6.28-rc3 patch set to a vanilla kernel and it 
will not apply.  Looking at the patch it does not look correct and many of the 
diffs target /dev/null.  Does someone know where to get the current patch set 
for 2.6.28 kernels?
