[LinuxPPS] New test release

Let me just say that I have been running the 2.6.32 patch with 2.6.32 since 
last Thursday,
on a 64bit machine and i have had NO problems.  Ive exchanged an email or
two with Hal, but we havent seemed to run down his problem.

Please note that I am still using linuxPPS in my startup script.

And I am at this moment bringing up the patched 2.6.32 on a 32bit machine,
so I should have info on that architecture in a few hours  (I have a dental
appointment here soon,- not sure if Im going to get 2.6.32/ntpd up before
I have to leave...)
