[LinuxPPS] LinuxPPS and Fedora 11?

I just installed Fedora 11 on a spare box (2.6.30.9-90.fc11.i686.PAE kernel),
and I want to run NTPD (latest development version, currently 4.2.5p238-RC)
using a Garmin 18x LVC GPS as a refclock.

Is PPS support already built into this kernel?  If not, can someone point
me in the right direction for patching the kernel?  Please note that I've
already consulted http://ftp.enneenne.com/pub/misc/linuxpps/patches/ but
could not find any patch file there for the 2.6.30 kernel.
