[LinuxPPS] New (beta) patchset for kernel 2.6.31

The patches have all applied fine on a 2.6.31-gentoo kernel source.

Compiling and testing shortly, perfect timing...  ;-)

Can you please confirm that there are no more patches coming?  You say xx/11 but
you only sent 9 chunks of patches...
