Page 31 of the datasheet mentions registers to set SCI/SMI.
The programming manual mentions the possibility to select a falling or
rising edie and SCI/SMI.

So if the VIA sheets mention the same pins as in the VIA Epia LT
documentation (since the numbering is hard to correlate) I need to know
about SCI/SMI usability...
