[LinuxPPS] time_pps_kcbind return EOPNOTSUPP

By saying ignored are you saying that Alexander's patch in already in
linuxpps and that kernel time will synchronize to the pps even if the
error is reported. If not is it possible at this time to make this work
and if so where can I get the info.
