hardpps working fine so far. (as it appears)

When I stress the Epia machine which runs the pppd with some downloads,
I see in dmesg:

hardpps: PPSJITTER: jitter=60275, limit=52144
hardpps: PPSJITTER: jitter=84295, limit=63584
hardpps: PPSJITTER: jitter=108606, limit=24736
hardpps: PPSJITTER: jitter=69985, limit=56800


Would I need a rt-kernel? (it's just a 1 GHz C7)
