[LinuxPPS] different issue: PPSSIGNAL

kernel 2.6.37-ts22, ntpd 4.2.6p3

Currently I see ntptime saying:

 status 0x2007 (PLL,PPSFREQ,PPSTIME,NANO),

A short while ago, accrding to the wiki, see
http://wiki.enneenne.com/index.php/LinuxPPS_installation#The_userland_tools_2,
it said:

 status 0x2107 (PLL,PPSFREQ,PPSTIME,PPSSIGNAL,NANO),

So what mistake/change/etc did I make to lose the PPSSIGNAL status?
