[LinuxPPS] LinuxPPS move to linuxpps.org

Hello,

thanks to Meinberg (http://www.meinberg.de/) now we have a dedicated
(and more reliable) server, so all LinuxPPS related stuff will be
moved to it and under the new domain linuxpps.org! :)

As first step this mail list has been moved to

   discussions at linuxpps.org

and in the next days we move the wiki and the git server also.

Please report any misfunction!
