[LinuxPPS] offset 0 etc

Hello,

Why do all of my boxes in this room, with gps, with DCF or no gps all
show a similar ntptime output like tis:

  offset 0.000 us, frequency 0.000 ppm, interval 1 s,
  maximum error 16000000 us, estimated error 16 us,
  status 0x4041 (PLL,UNSYNC,MODE),

?

They do have a starred peer that serves time. (local or remote)
That peer is reachable (377).
Why is offset 0?
Why is frequency 0?
loopstats say otherwise...

How can I fix this?
