oncore.pps.0 -> pps0 ( from PPSAPI )
oncore.serial.0 -> ttyS0
Also a have available signal 1PPS from HP5071A connected to pin DCD
serial port but now it is not used.
Now i have higher offset and it will be encrease

Looking for the ntptime...is error
