If anybody needs it, I have a spec file for building ntpsec on Fedora.
(slightly more elaborate than the spec file in the ntpsec git tree,
still a WIP)

I hope that people can evaluate the performance and stability of ntpsec
versus ntp classic while using LinuxPPS so we can have a clearer idea of
our choices.
