[LinuxPPS] GPS Rollover

With the GPS rollover coming up in April, it would be useful to know
what sources are vulnerable - or what firmware revision is required to
avoid the issue.

The Garmin gps18-LVC is frequently mentioned on this list.  Has anyone
gotten a credible answer from Garmin?  I have one of these, but haven't
gotten to the right person @garmin...

It would be a good idea if people with knowledge of other gps-based
timing sources shared their info too.

(Yes, technically not a PPS issue - but PPS is often used with NTP,
where the NEMA messages provide time in addition to the PPS pulse.)
