[LinuxPPS] [PATCH 0/1] pps: pps_parport pps-echo implementation

Hi all,
I have generated an initial version of a PPS parallel port echo patch.

Unfortunately, it OOPSes on module insert.  I have been staring at this code
for too long and I can't see where I have gone wrong.  I am happy to provide
syslog output (off list?)
I am sure it is something really obvious and/or stupid...

It is heavily based on the pps-gpio code that is about to appear in v5.2:
