Sorry, but with last change this part has been reduced near to zero...
the wiki has been just updated to LinuxPPS 5.x series which has still
no NTP tests at all!

However I suggest to Kim to refere anyway to 5.x series since it will
be the future about PPS support in linux is concerned.
