[LinuxPPS] LinuxPPS 5.0.0 and wiki

Hello,

the wiki has been updated to LinuxPPS 5.0.0 series.

The NTPD part is still near to void since I have no way to test
it... that's why I'm waiting for your feedbacks! ;)

An old, and deprecated, page for old LinuxPPS series is still
