[LinuxPPS] linuxpps and devicetree support

Dear all,

I am looking to adapt the pps-gpio driver for device tree support.  I've
had a look on the mailing list for attempts but have not yet seen one so
far.

If one doesn't already exist somewhere, I am happy to give it a go.  If so,
what would be the preferred data to be included in the device tree?
