[LinuxPPS] linuxpps and devicetree support

Hi,

these are two WIP patches I did some time ago to try out pps-gpio on the
beaglebone. They are obviously not ready yet, as the DT binding documentation
is missing.

Do you have suggestions for the bindings? Is seems to me that assert_falling_edge
and capture_clear are a bit redundant. Shouldn't it only matter which edge is
captured?
